Let me start by saying that I’m not the type that goes online to recommend anything for anyone but this is exceptional. Few months ago my world came crashing when I was falsely identified, accused and charged with a felony for elder injury at work. Being a certified nursing assistant for more than ten years, I was extremely devastated especially when I know the whole situation has nothing to do with me. I talked to several attorneys who told me astronomical amount of legal fees, one of them told me it’s gonna take up to two years for case to be over and I even hired one that I thought that gave me a reasonable fee and he didn’t show up on my first court date. My stress and anxiety level was off the chart and that was when I found Mr Omar Saman through the excellent recommendations on this site and several other sites. He was calm and collected and always tried his best to calm me down when ever it seemed like I was losing my mind over this case. He explained the whole process to me and what to be expected. My case was dismissed few days ago and currently he is in the process of expunging this very bad experience from my records. Mr. Saman was amazing. Our case was a DUI which also turned into a parole violation. Omar not only got our case dismissed but it was done in a pretty good time frame, right at about 2 months. Not only was he professional but a pleasure to work with because he was always kind, up front and honest, and very much easy to contact whenever I needed to reach him. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone with whom I cared about. His pricing was pretty reasonable and he was worth it!!!! Definitely 5 stars from me and my fiance' ;)

When I hired Omar I told him that I wanted my assault case dismissed and that I was not willing to do any deferred education or probation to get that dismissal, since I knew I was wrongfully being charged. Although the DA refused to believe my side of the story he did not give up on dismissing the case. He came up with a game plan and it worked. Although it took over 6 months of going to court monthly he made me feel assured that he was not going to give up on me. In the end the dismissal was worth all the agonizing early morning trips to court.
