Focused on Real Injuries, Real Losses
What We Handle
We take on a limited number of personal injury cases each year so we can give each client personal attention. Our key practice areas include:
Automobile Accidents
Car crash victims often face mounting bills, insurance delays, and long recoveries. We help you get medical care and fight for full compensation.
Truck Accidents
Commercial vehicle wrecks cause life-altering injuries and are often caused by driver fatigue, overloaded trailers, or unsafe practices. We hold trucking companies accountable.
Motorcycle Accidents
Bikers are often blamed automatically after a crash. We push back hard when distracted drivers cause serious injuries.
Catastrophic Injuries
Spinal cord damage, amputations, and other permanent injuries require long-term care—and a legal team that understands what’s at stake.
Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
Brain trauma can affect memory, speech, emotions, and function for life. We work with experts to build a compelling case.
Know Your Rights After an Accident
Personal Injury FAQ
How much time do I have to file a personal injury claim in Texas?
In most cases, you have two years from the date of the accident to file a personal injury lawsuit in Texas. This time limit is called the statute of limitations. If you wait too long, you may lose your right to recover anything—so it’s best to contact a lawyer as soon as possible to protect your claim.
What if I was partially at fault for the accident?
Texas follows a “modified comparative fault” rule. This means you can still recover compensation if you were less than 51% at fault, but your recovery will be reduced by your percentage of fault. For example, if you were 20% responsible, your total award would be reduced by 20%.
How much is my personal injury case worth?
Every case is different, but compensation may include medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, and future care needs. Serious or permanent injuries often result in higher settlements or jury verdicts. We work with medical and financial experts to estimate your total damages and negotiate for the full amount.
Do I need to pay anything up front?
No. We take personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis, which means we only get paid if we win your case. There are no upfront fees or hourly rates, and we’ll explain exactly how the payment structure works during your free consultation.
What should I do right after an accident?
Seek medical attention first—even if you don’t feel hurt right away. Then, document everything you can: take photos, get witness names, and request a police report. Avoid speaking to the other party’s insurance company before talking to a lawyer. We can help protect your rights from day one.
